"Amazing staff, friendly and helpful. Let us use the facilities early, whilst we waited for our room and check in time, as we arrived in the morning.Also allowed us to use the facilities after we checked out due to our late flight back to the UK.

"This was a reasonable place to stay.
If you want to get to San Antonio or Ibiza town then it’s a taxi ride taking 30mins plus. Fares from €25 for those places.
The taxi service is poor from around 5.30pm onwards, expect a long wait, the wait can easily go over an hour. Then you have to ensure someone else doesn’t grab your taxi!
Reasonable pool but I think a little small for the amount of guests staying.
Clubby music playing all day around the pool area which I don’t mind. May not be to...
"Os funcionários são todos muito simpáticos, o hotel é muito limpo, oferece toalhas para praia, guarda-sol (conforme disponibilidade), além de duchas, toalha e guarda malas para após o checkout. Recomendo muito e certamente voltarei. O único ponto um pouco negativo é o estacionamento que o hotel não oferece e pode ser um pouco difícil durante a alta temporada em alguns horários, mas não impacta que seja uma excelente experiência. "Wir wurden sehr freundlich und persönlich empfangen, konnten sogar viel früher das Zimmer in Anspruch nehmen. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Die Räumlichkeiten sind sehr sauber ebenso die Außenanlage. Frühstück war lecker und frisch in einem sehr modernen Ambiente. Lediglich der Spa-Bereich könnte etwas Zuwendung gebrauchen. Wir sind sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder."
