"We stayed here for 2 nights at the end of a trip to be near Porto and the airport. Everything was great! We arrived late, at 9:30 pm but the restaurant was still serving food until 11 pm. It looks like you can get some kind of food at the hotel 24 hours, the bar menu says you can get some food, the book in the room mentions room service in the night and the restaurant opens again really early. "Hotel was in a wonderful location for our Camino walk and room was clean and lovely. Paula was friendly and communications with her were very easy. We also enjoyed the fresh nuts and Lagartos biscuits(new favorite) that were available snacks. "

"everything was very good and according to .4 stars hotels, room was 4+ . The only problem hotel is faced is the supply of hot water in shower at traffic hours. There are times not hot water in tabs and this need to get focus from management. Iam sure they know the issue. However our stay was perfect as location and hotel is superb. See you next time ! "

"We had a lovely stay at the Palacete Severo. Our room was comfortable. The property is unusual and charming. We loved spending time in the library and felt welcome to make ourselves at home. Breakfast was excellent. And the staff incredibly kind and accommodating."

"Alles war super. Nur das Frühstück fanden wir nicht gut. Immer die gleiche Sorte Marmelade, der gleiche Yoghurt und das Gebäck war nicht so unseres. Jeden Tag 3 gekochte Eier und der Filterkaffee. Gut der frisch gepresste Orangensaft und das wechselnde Obst. Nochmal würden wir das Frühstück nicht nehmen. Ansonsten alles top."

"Host is very nice. Property so close to metro very convenient. Room is clean and comfortable. Bed is medium firm which is perfect for me. Washroom always available to use. Kitchen has everything also. Only thing is please correct the info on expedia: there is no laundry, no breakfast, no luggage storage."
