"Excellent all round"

"Went with my husband for a night. Due to flight delays we arrived around 1 am at the hotel and we had to walk around buildings, with all our luggage, because the main building as locked. What?? Check-in in one building and then return to the main one. The amenities were very poor. Just a shower gel and a body cream. "Great staff, but NOT A FOUR STAR PROPERTY. This is a one-star airport hotel that felt like it was in a converted storage facility. The staff was very helpful and kind, and it was nice of them to prepare breakfast for us for our early flight, but the facility itself is falsely advertised as being four stars. Location was great but wouldn’t have stayed here if I’d known the actual condition of the property."

"We booked the park Hotel for one night due to an early morning flight the next day. We arrived at the hotel before check in time. However, the staff were helpful and stored our luggage for us so we could have one more day in Porto. There is a metro stop a couple of blocks away for easy access to Porto. AND we were able to easily walk to the airport from the hotel even with our luggage the next morning."

"Open concept ‘apartment.’ Bedroom area separated by open ended wall from large living area and kitchen. Couch, tv, table and chairs, stovetop and small oven, not full size but large fridge and separate freezer. Lovely bathroom. 24/7 staff, secure locked building, and hotel services available. Not in the main tourist/attraction areas but quiet, easy to Uber or Metro."
