"Excellent place. Great free drinks and snacks in the lobby. The staff were awesome. Breakfast was a traditional Japanese breakfast - very filling and varied daily. The twin room was a bit small and the mattresses a bit firm but that was the only downside. Would come here again. "

Our other favorite part was the dinner - our server was so amazing with us and compliments to the chef for preparing the delicious food. "This resort has an amazing location with a gorgeous view of Lake Hibara and Mt. Bandai, and the Five Colored Ponds. Their staff members are very formal and friendly and has a great restaurant buffet. The rooms and building itself are in okay condition with some scuffs and stains, but overall an excellent place with a very unique gift store with great items like food, snacks, and gifts. The traditional Japanese room is very nice"

"We were very grateful for the cleanliness of the room! We had a room with a private bathroom, and both the sleeping area and the bathroom was very clean. Futon beds were comfortable and warm. Extremely friendly staff, kind and genuinely helpful. We loved our relaxing stay. Thank you so much to the staff!"
