"Beautiful well maintained location! Amazing views! The breakfast buffet was great and so large! Particularly loved the orange juice and cappuccino machines. The restaurant on site has the same menu for lunch and dinner so pro tip eat lunch at the bar with a different menu if you aren’t going out. The shuttle only goes to San Gimignano and runs at 10, 11:15, 1:30 and 5:15. We wish there was a 3PM option but taking public transport is cheap and easy. This is an amazing place to stay to visit...

Was störte waren die vielen Mücken (es gab jedoch überall Mückengiftzerstäuber für die Steckdose). Es gab keine richtige Lobby in der man sich gemütlich aufhalten konnte (war viel zu klein und im Eingangsbereich) Die kleine Bar hatte den Charme einer Jugendherberge. "

"I cannot say enough about this hotel...it is one of my best memories of Florence. From the beautiful garden/terrace to the wonderful staff it was amazing. Location is a bit out of the busy touristy area but close enough to walk to see many things. We loved to join fellow guests in the garden for wine in the evening or good coffee in the morning ( self serve coffee 24 hours which I loved as we are early risers). "I would definitly book again if ever in Florence, the staff was very friendly, the rooms were clean and had everything you need. In the lobby there are 2 restaurants, a pooltable, a lot of seatings to just chill or work. Right across the hotel there is transportation to city or the station. No bad remark about this hotel."

"Beautiful hotel in a calm yet centrally located building. It is a renovated convent and it’s beautiful, and the neighborhood has a lot of local restaurants and shops and is great to walk around. It is a 15 minute walk to Ponte Vecchio. The room was a little bit but normal for European hotels."
