"Our experience here was very disappointing. We were required to book an additional room simply because we were traveling with a child, since the room was apparently limited to only two guests. The bathrooms were also in poor condition. The showers had visible mold, and water leaked all over the bathroom floor whenever we showered. The toilets were unusually high—higher than anything we have encountered in all our travels. Breakfast is advertised until 10:30 a.m., but arriving around 10:15...

"Easy check in with keyless entry to building and room. Despite other reviews, it’s easy and they send you a link with easy to follow instructions. Also we we created by staff after we opened the doors who explained amenities. Bar and small bistro. He also scheduled airport transfer for us for 15 euro fo family of four and 8 bags! Room was tidy, clean and well kept."

"We LOVED our stay. OMG the breakfast was truly out of this world and better than any I ever had at the Ritz Carlton! The tram was just a 2 min walk away making it super easy and convenient to see Florence. I highly recommend the staff at the hotel who always said YES to requests for help. The ambience was perfect with top amenities. We can highly recommend this hotel and plan to stay there again in the future! BRAVO!!!!!"

"They have water upon entering the lobby, staff is welcoming and property/rooms are clean. The only issue we encountered was that the air conditioner did not work properly, we had to rely on our hand held fans to cool down, room also gets humid after taking a shower."

Ein recht neues Hotel wohl. Es war fantastisch. Kleinigkeiten, z.B. dass der Safe nicht funktionierte oder sich eine Beleuchtung nicht einfach so ausschalten ließ, wurden superschnell gelöst. "Really lovely touch that the minibar soft drinks and snacks were free. Shame that the breakfast wasn’t up to standards with mini flies on the cut fruit. Staff were helpful and housekeeping incredible. Very clean rooms."
