"I don’t think the hotel can really be considered a 5‑star property. The staff is good, but the hotel needs maintenance, especially the air conditioning. Also, the bathroom cleaning needs improvement — there are areas with mold. In any case, the stay was pleasant. Breakfast was good, and the customer service and security are impeccable."

"I had an amazing stay here. The front desk staff were very helpful and accommodated my English speaking needs. I had one encounter with the pool bartender who was very rude and dismissive other than that I highly recommend this hotel. "
