"Small, very nice boutique hotel. Very clean and tastefully decorated, with an excellent breakfast buffet. Unfortunately, no one speaks a word of English, so we could only communicate via cell phone and translation tools. Otherwise, everything was wonderful and we can highly recommend the hotel."

"Too many issues. All emails and comms in Portuguese and didn't reply to my message. No reception or staff other than security guard. When I arrived at at 7pm it was locked and only uses biometrics which they had not taken yet, so I could not get in. The security eventually let me in but very confusing. Room was clean but had chemical cleaner smell. AC worked good. Walls very thin and could hear neighbors taking showing and chatting fortunately they were quiet the rest of the time. Has balcony...

"Casa do Amarelindo is a charming boutique hotel right in the city center. The location is walkable to many restaurants, attractions, shops and public transportation if needed. There was a view of All Saints Bay from our room, pool deck, and rooftop. The room was comfortable and spacious. The bathroom is spacious with a large walk in shower. The king size bed is huge (honestly could fit four people). My husband and I were able to really stretch out and get a good night’s sleep. The owner as well...
