"The floor was not clean. Some of the parts were so sticky.."

"I recently stayed at the NEWCZ LCT Residence in Busan, and it was a phenomenal experience from start to finish. The room was exceptionally spacious, beautifully appointed, and meticulously clean, offering a level of comfort that truly stood out. I particularly appreciated that the staff was highly responsive to any requests while still deeply respecting guest privacy. Fresh towels and bottled water were delivered promptly to the door on a reliable daily schedule, and room service was seamlessly...

"I had a great stay here. The view of Haeundae Beach was just outstanding from my room. My room was super clean and facilities were superb. I would definitely stay here again."
