"The room was amazing with views of the bay and limestone cliffs. The staff was outstanding, communication before pickup was amazing and catered to our needs while on the island. The excursions and snorkeling were the best part, definitely would stay again!! "

"No the air conditioning didn't work it was 26 degrees. And expedia refused to refund me. I left after an hour because it was a giant cement room that felt like an oven"

"The service was beyond excellent. Staff are so lovely and ensure you enjoy your stay stress-free. Lagoon villa room was clean, well furnished, great amenities, lots of activities to choose from, all in all a lovely resort and would definitely go back."
