"The pictures online showed a property in much better condition than it actually was. We were told afterwards that the property was “actively working thru a process of upgrades and improvements”. Disgusting hallway carpeting, cheap furniture and a pool that has been closed for more than just our 3 day stay is just a start. Not at all what we expected from this hotel chain. Steer Clear of this one."

"Staff was awesome, place was nice visually, room and hallway smelled like a full diaper left out in the sun for a long time. Lobby was cool and the drive to Red Rocks was nice and short. Gas station across the way sells alcohol until midnight and they have cheap tall boys."

"Got there after driving 22 hours for the front desk person to tell me that they cancelled my reservation, without even contacting me. They told me that they notified Expedia, but I had and have not heard from either about a cancellation. Unprofessional."

"I don't recommend this establishment to anyone who has emotional support animals. They kicked my dogs and I out on account of a noise complaint that they didn't know what room the noise was coming from. The manager also had the nerve to tell me my dog was aggressive just because he is a doberman Pincher. I asked him"did my dog growl at you or approach you?" He said nothing at all except he was calling the police. My dog didn't show any signs of aggression."

"Make sure you check with the hotel what amenities are not available due to “full property” transformation. We were looking forward to enjoying the pool only to get informed the day before our check in that the pool was not available. A little too late for me to cancel (and get my full refund back) and book elsewhere. Bad timing on the management to schedule maintenance when a a major concert was going to happen a couple of minutes away, and that was one of the many reasons we booked with...
