Had to provide personal information at check in that should come from Expedia. Some wear and tear in room. Had to request extra towels and sofa bedding."

"Our room was great upon check in, we rushed to get to our dinner reservation and didn’t realize the state of our room until our return. The bathroom shower had someone else’s bathroom products still in there; along with hair. There was a constant knocking in the walls in the bathroom. The bed was large but seems broken, you sunk into the middle of the mattress. "

I had a sudden change in my schedule and couldn't make it to my room, so I asked to push my stay date back a week. They were non-compliant. I realize I wasn't afforded a refund with this booking through expedia, who is always excellent, but they could have given me the courtesy of pushing my date back a week."
