"Everything was great about the hotel - location, the look and feel, was comfortable, reasonably priced and lived you could get hassle free late checkout at an honest price. However, two things really aggravated me. 1. The gentleman that checked me in was silently rude and unfriendly, I had just come of a long flight and train ride to him making me feel like I have inconvenienced me. Secondly, I was in a building that was 2 houses away being a solo female there was no guidance to help usher me...

"I was in the room 077 and the mattress was very uncomfortable, several clients were complained about the same thing. The carpet was wet at the entrance of the room.we reported the problem but the technician never came to fix.We requested a room change , but was not possible because they said the hotel was fully booked. I'dont understand how a hotel of this standard can have such uncomfortable mattresses.I would not recommend staying here if you have other options."

"The staff was super kind and helpful. Couldn’t ask for any better"

"A high-end hotel that catered for everything; good food, beautiful decor and fantastic rooms."

"It was a great place."

"Super clean and well decorated! Bed was comfy and the mini kitchen had exactly what we needed. We have quite a few bags since we’re traveling around for a while but were able to take out what we needed for three days and store the rest under the bed which was great. Great view from our room and great location."
