"Paid $200 £ at Edinburgh airport one night…. Could hear every sound above us not well insulated. Elevators take maybe 4 people with luggage which means of course that u are waiting for an elevator for awhile. No breakfast included. Restaurant is so so. You order at the bar and go and pick it up yourself. After long days of travelling not interested in self serve. Just okay."

"Hour and half had to wait for check in no excuse. Wasn't the room I booked . No signs up to say we're rest rooms were .no bathrobes. No apologise nothing . Castle its self is very nice . Wouldn't go back .even on check out. Its like give the key back and go . No have a day thank you for your stay."

"I guess I can’t really blame the hotel, but guests were checking in all night long and were very loud. There was one sign in the elevator reminding people to be considerate, perhaps more in the hallways would help."

"We loved our stay at this hotel. They stored our luggage until it was time to check into our room, so we could go explore the city. It was close to the bus stop into the city with easy access from the airport and to the city locations. The restaurant was nice and convenient. We would highly recommend this location!!"

"The place was spotless. Beds comfortable. Lovely and quiet. The breakfast was good but people had to keep asking for cups plates spoons butter etc , they didn’t seem to be able to keep up . I was sharing with my sister and found the en-suite rather disconcerting as the door didn’t fully close and it was all frosted glass. Other than this we had a nice stay ."
