"A short ride from the airport, this property is situated down a long driveway so feels private. Our room was spacious and clean with all the amenities including coffee/tea making facilities and fresh milk. The bathroom is large and well equipped with a rain head shower and a separate bath. There was also a flannel which I think necessary when using shower gel but not many properties have one. It's just a shame that we only had one night here. "

"We loved staying here, in the quieter area of South Queens ferry. The hotel is a 30 second walk from the bus stop, and close to the airport, which was awesome and made getting around very easy. They also offer free airport shuttle Monday-Friday, which we greatly appreciated. The beds are AMAZING! Everyone warned me Scotland would have awful beds, but Dakota's bedding and mattress were so soft and so comfortable. The restaurant downstairs was wonderful, and the food was top tier. "What a beautiful property with a gorgeous room! We also enjoyed the extra rooms: library, music, etc. They were decorated very nice; we felt like we were staying in a castle! The staff were helpful and professional. The beds were not as comfortable as I would have liked. A perfect place to stay about 10 minutes drive from a park and ride into Edinburgh."

"We had a great stay at this hotel. The design is really unique and stylish, a mix of different building types set in a beautiful garden. It’s also conveniently close to the airport, which made our travel much easier. The breakfast was excellent with a great variety of options, and the service overall was very pleasant. "This hotel is located in the heart of Edinburgh, with a great view of the city. It's in walking distance of great shopping, pubs, and restaurants. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Parking is an extra fee and they have a very small lot. Breakfast is also an extra fee but was delicious with friendly service.
