This was unclear as the buffet is in a public space with no signage or staff person standing guard. As one of many hotels I booked for this trip, I was unclear if breakfast was included or there was an extra charge, and whether I had paid it if so. Someone will come over after you’ve sat down to ask your room number, but it would be better to have clear signage or someone...
