"Upon arrival the staff was super helpful. We had a quick and easy check in process. The lobby, pool, and restaurants were beautiful and clean. We stayed on the fifth floor and as soon as I got out of the elevator, as someone who owns a home remodeling business, I could immediately tell there was a moisture issue. There was a definite musty smell. The room was clean, well appointed and the beds were comfortable. Perfect for a one night stay."

Secure with the parking garage gate.
When it comes to the pool everyone loved how clean it was and staff was informative while they were cleaning it one of the days we were there which was awesome to see!
The whole family loved the continental breakfast and the staff helped my kids several times when they were making pancakes!
All in all highly recommend!"

"Highly recommend. Shuttle service to and from airport and cruise terminal was hassle free and timely. The breakfast was good, automatic pancake maker was cool all of which was complimentary but I must say the ease of having an extended amount of drinks, snacks AND FROZEN ICE CREAM for an additional charge was convenient. The room was clean as expected. The staff was a true pleasure to interact with. We will be returning. Kudos to the your staff!"

"Overall the resort was nice. The restaurant and pool staff were really good. The hotel desk staff was not very personable. Other than the hotel front desk staff, my only other issue was with how loud the air conditioning was and that it seemed to be set at 70 and you could not lower it anymore. I found it hot in the room and would have liked the option to bring it down to 68°. The resort was okay but I would not stay there again."
