"First room we got was a little dirty, but we were too tired from our flight cancelations to complain. The following day, we went ahead and booked a larger room to better accommodate our luggages and see if the ac worked better than in the original room - it did. Overall, day time staff were lovely and very helpful. We would recommend getting the family room/larger room if available. The airport shuttle was also very convenient."

"The room's decorative pillows smelled awful, the skirt on the bed was stained and dirty. Additionally, the room did not have coffee or tea, ice bucket, glasses or cups to drink water, and no iron. When I went to get ice from the ice machine, there were no ice buckets in the ice machine room, but the room had washing machines and dryers. I went to reception desks and asked if the Robert Treat is a welfare hotel? They said no. I did not pay close $230 for a room that did not have any of the above...

"this is a great hotel for when you are constantly on the go, i love that i was able to go to the gas station at 2am because i needed to smoke lol! problems i had? was the gym being a bit tiny and it didn’t have the proper attachments like a threaded cable so i could work out my triceps, i also arrived late so the pool was closed im sad i missed out on that, and also the coffee maker inside the hotel room was so confusing to figure out 😭😭😭 however the complimentary breakfast was lovely and the...

"I did not know it was like a boarding home type of situation didn't there and I came there with five other people there was no way I could stay in it I didn't know that it was three other people and there was somebody in the room that was assigned to me when I booked it and paid for it so I did not stay at the property and I would like my money back a refund thank you I had to book a whole another hotel"

"Absolutely horrible, They lied about how we would be accomodated, the information they provide is completely confising, what they ask of the guests in terms of how to enter and what codes and rules, is just as confusing, they made us wait an hour after our arranged arrival, completely disgusting, they should not be allowed to provide any type of service "

"I didn’t even stay there. First of all they didn’t even send any instructions in advance. Then they sent me to a different location. The room was in a three bedroom place which I wasn’t aware it’s a shared space. There was no heat (it was 40 degrees in NJ) no toiletries including toilet paper or towels or shampoo. I just left immediately and put a stop payment on my credit card charge. I’ve never had this experience before. "
