Bedroom door did not close, paint chipping in the shower. fridge was broken leaking water inside and out… Spoke to front desk was told maintenance would come… never came nothing was included had to pay for amenities (bowling etc) for the amount they charge for the rooms you would think it would include more… could've honestly stayed at a franchise hotel and got more for...

"Average motel room, clean but old and small. Staff very friendly and always available to help but housekeeping is on demand only. We stayed for a week and have to go to front desk to ask for housekeeping to obtain clean towels and sundries every third day when we see nobody coming to make room. "The staff was fantastic always asking how are stay was, could they do anything for us. Breakfast was very good, nice variety with fruits, juices and different every morning. The room was clean & comfy. Everyone went above and beyond their positions. Fresh Coffee 24 hours"

"Staff very nice, but they tend to hide. Overall a decent hotel, basic breakfast and clean. Perfect for my needs. Did not have time for the pool or fitness center. The one thing that disappointed me, and this is probably on me for not checking further, was that I requested a room with a fireplace. I got one, presuming it would be a gas burner with a switch. Nope. A real wood burning fireplace. I did not go looking for wood. "

"The mountain view was really nice nothing in the game room work properly our little girl was disappointed. The restaurant staff was great,but the indoor pool wasn't ready the day we arrived but good the next day. Parking was no problem, lots to in the area."
