"The Shower heads in our unit were faulty but functional. Ran out of hot water quickly after 1 shower. The back door does not close correctly, The coffee maker does not work correctly. Was very clean though and quiet, views were nice."

"I was vacationing alone and just wanted some peace and time to myself. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I had a beautiful view of the lake from my balcony. And the rooms were clean and comfortable! My frustrations were mostly inconveniences that I discovered as I needed/wanted to do things; the first night the fridge was leaking from 2 ports from the freezer, so there was water all over the shelves. Maintenance was quick to come and worked on it for about an hour. He got it fixed and was very professional and courteous. 2 of the dish pans were dirty, so I of course washed them before using them. There were no coffee filters, seasonings, sheet pans/baking pans, paper towels, dish soap, or dishwashingvdetergent. Maybe that's a lot to expect,but it's what I'm used to at places I stay. I did call and ask for a baking sheet a roasting pan, and some dish soap. Housekeeping was prompt and friendly in delivering them. Lastly, and I guess the most frustrating was the noise from next door and above me. I didn't expect to hear them so well. Despite the shortcomings, it was a decent trip. I did have some time of peace and quiet with my fire going. I enjoyed soaking in my personal jaccuzi a couple times, and I saw some beautiful sunsets with a cold beer in hand after finishing a delicious dinner I'd prepared. Oh! And the food truck food was delicious! Expensive, but delicious. I had a quesadilla and a burrito. All in all 3/5."

"I booked this facility over others, specifically, for the pool table in the game room, the sauna, the hot tub. Each were a bit underwhelming: The game room only has a few games and required quarters for the pool table, $1/play. The sauna did not get very hot - I guess that's OK because I ended up only having time for a very short visit to the sauna anyway. The jets in the hot tub didn't work. Our room was pretty dated and the beds were not too cozy but the room (and entire facility) was super clean & everything worked wonderfully. Check-in/check-out process was very easy and staff was nice. Our room had a large patio with sliding door access from LR & BR. We had a good stay here."

"Reached out to the property beforehand to clarify check-in and they were extremely prompt replying. The cabin was great, the kids loved the loft and we had everything we needed. We travel to Branson often and enjoy trying new places and this one was great."
