"Swimming pool was out of towels, I inquired if there were more towels and I was given a sweat towel from the workout room and was told that was all they had and they use these when they are out of towels for the pool. The next morning the pool dirty towel basket was still full at 9am. They could have given me a room towel and not tried to hand me a hand towel to dry my daughter off with."

"I needed an "Early Check-In" the day we stayed. They were able to get me my room (only because there was 1 available) about 6 hours before the normal check in time.
(Had oral surgery in the neighborhood and wasn't about to drive 40 miles home, only to come back the next day). Hotel was very clean/neat, friendly. I would definitely stay there again. "

"Very clean room—spotless and well-maintained. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Staff were okay. We received a noise complaint from the guests below us because we have two children, even though they weren’t doing anything. We asked to move to a downstairs room, and they accommodated us.
