"The good: The staff is lovely and is doing the best they can with what they've got. The pool area is wonderful and clean. The pool bar/grill is nice and serves great food for an onsite option. The location is decent and pretty close (driving distance) to the downtown Palm Springs restaurant and shops. The bad: The resort rooms are very dated and the property isn't doing much to maintain them. The carpet is older and stained, the room doors are all dented, the hallway smells strongly, the toilet shifted when you sat on it, the tub side was coming off and was poorly repaired, the kitchen sink was all banged up and damaged, and the rooms are very dark and almost depressing at first. No ceiling lighting in the whole place makes it very dark! This is a timeshare property (we didn't know that when booking) and they will hit you up several times to try to get you to sit through a timeshare pitch. It was too many attempts in my opinion (especially for a property that isn't maintaining their rooms adequately). Final Thoughts: Despite the bad, our stay was still very enjoyable and the staff, cleanliness and pool made the trip. Even though the resort is in need of some major repair, the linens were clean, the people were kind and it was a nice stay. We had so much fun at the pool (pool was very clean... one of the cleaner pools I've experienced) and we would probably stay again (maybe) but just be aware going in that it isn't a nicer room like we were expecting."

"The kitchen was well-equipped with pots, pans, utensils, cups, a coffee maker, coffee, glasses, and even wine glasses! There was a lounge chair and some chairs on the patio, and the pool and hot tub were nice and clean. I liked that you can purchase breakfast and mimosas at the pool area in the mornings."

"Clean and spacious rooms. Amenities were great and food was delicious. We stayed for Coachella and they had delicious late night food available that was perfect after a long day at a festival. I would definitely stay here again!"
