"The rooms are clean and recently renovated. There is no elevator or hot tub. The pool is ok and the sauna is way too small. The lake side of the property needs worked on desperately. "We reserved 2 nights. I looked at the room before paying for it. I did not look at the bedding that was turned down and the linen was misty smelling and to find the coverlets were very dirty on he top edges that you pull up. I told one of the cleaning ladies about it and she told me she would tell the cleaning lady for the first floor when she arrived. "Stayed one night of our road trip. Had a balcony room. The balcony was full of spiderwebs and not well maintained. The room itself was clean and comfortable. Gave four stars because of the balcony."

"Overall pretty great place to stay. The breakfast was better than most hotel breakfast I’ve had. They also have a decent fitness area which I appreciated and used. The room was clean and perfect temp when we walked in. Big tv and easy to use. The only issue we seemed to notice was the tub. We only showered but the center of our tub was so concaved it was very difficult to shower. Also like no water pressure. Idk if it was just our specific room or what. Besides that great place to stay."

"You get what you pay for . No daily cleaning room service . Not even taking the trash out ( we had to do it ourselves for several days )! Broken shower head ! They had to replace the mini fridge since it was broken . And they charged my card 1 extra time for deposit ( they said it didn’t go through ) and I have made 100 calls so far for return . Will never stay here again"

"The elevators were down so had to take luggage up to 4th floor. The stairwells are not air conditioned and the 4th floor smelled like cooked cabbage. Opened the room and it smelled like dirty bedding. The staff was all VERY friendly. No gluten free safe food options."
