"This hotel was the cleanest hotel I’ve stayed at in awhile! The entire hotel is beautiful and super clean! The bed was so comfortable, the rooftop bar was so pretty and nice for a quick drink/app before dinner, all of the staff were super nice and helpful, the valet was always quick and easy! The hotel is in a great location and we were able to walk to coffee shops, dinner, etc. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone!"

"I’m sure this hotel would have been lovely BUT, after we checked into our room (in the room with our bags), then the front desk contacted us to let us know that we would be without hot water the following morning/day, starting at 7am-7pm. My rating is solely for my interaction with staff and how they could have handled the situation. Expedia was wonderful to us and refunded the whole amount of the cost. "

"We understand that staying in a downtown location has its particular quirks and costs, but our stay here was lackluster, tbh.
When we arrived we saw that it only has a valet lot on site, which wasn't unexpected but keep in mind that this will be an additional cost on an already spendy stay.
However, once we entered the lobby, the gentleman behind the desk informed us that they were sold out on the room we had booked...we had booked 4 weeks ago. Instead of a double queen we had planned for us...
