It was a busy weekend around this property, but the room was not clean, the TV went out for a bit, and in the morning, they were out of coffee, and almost all breakfast food. There were crumbs in the pullout bed, used soap in the shower and some stains on the toilet paper? No attendant at the desk to assist of help checkout

After I unpacked my suitcase, got into bed, I noticed blood on the bedspread and sand in between the sheets. I moved over to the next bed. There was lipstick on the top of that duvet cover. After I took a shower in the morning, I discovered there was no hair blower. Luckily I brought a hot air brush. Went down to breakfast in the morning and they only had waffles and white bread. The counters and tables were messy. They had one black banana on the fruit tray and one apple that looked old. I went to check out and waited for five minutes at the counter and no one showed up. Finally left my key in the basket. Adios! I’ll never stay at a LaQuinta again.

My plans hang an my prvious hotl was book. This was convenient and a bargin.My recoomendation is do not stay here. I arrived mid afternoon and myself and othe guests waited over an hour for a fron desk clerk. The interior of the hotel had a strong detergent/disinfectant smell. The room was clean but despite the hotel being smoke free had a stale tobacco smell. Contiental breakfast was a joke. No cream or sweetener by the coffee, day one there was no coffee made. Day 2 the breakfaswt items were sparce. Anothr guest was told 15 minutes berfore the breakfast service was over that it was not going to be replenished. Staff when found was decent but all were very casually and slopily dressed. Most of the issues could be easily rectified so I blame management. This hotel was a disgrace to the brand.

The check in was terrible. It was 10:30 pm and the person had no idea how to check people in. It took over 30 minutes and there was one person ahead of us. Lobby was dirty, the fitness room has no equipment. We did not eat breakfast as it did not look clean. Room was ok.

I’ve traveled for 45 years and this was the worst experience ever. The girl at the counter talking to her husband or boyfriend before, during and after my check in.The room was dirty, the fitted sheet was just laid across the bed, the sink hot water did not work, the floor was filthy and last but not least I fell in the bathtub while taking a shower because there was no slip guards or mat in the bathtub or handles (A LAWSUIT WAITING TO HAPPEN!) The staff was extremely rude and dismissive. I will make it a point to put this review out everywhere possible.

really enjoyed the overall, not noisey. Our sheets in our room were a bit dirty and stained and they also left some cleaning supplies in the room as well. Rooms should be def checked for cleanliness before being available

Only one towel for Two persons in the room ?Managemet needs to trained on Hygiene. Breakfast area even worse, no drinking water, nothing to eat except two days old white bread. I will never stay again and recommend Any La Quinta brand to anyone.

I called on Friday to explain why I was not able to make it to Indianapolis. I spoke with a young lady which said a manager would call me back. I am yet to hear back. During our flight we had a emergency mechanical problem and the Pilot had emergency land in Dallas. we were not able to get a connecting flight. I called that night from Dallas when we landed and the guy that answered said he couldn't help me that night. so I needed to call the following day which was Friday. I was told the manager was not able to speak to me and I would get a return call. let I mentioned before I never received a call back. I writing this review with the expectation that I'm going to still get no call back. but guess will see.

I was a little concerned after reading some reviews, but I was happy with the cleanliness of our room. The bedding was clean and the bed was comfortable. The towels were clean and fluffy. I was disappointed that the included breakfast ran out of food and coffee cups.

This was the most expensive hotel room I’ve ever booked due to the eclipse, which is fine given the nature of the event but I don’t expect to be billed twice for the room. Second failure would be the morning breakfast room. We arrived at 7:45am to find slices of white bread and cream cheese packets as the only food left. Deciding on a cup of coffee to ponder where else we could go, we discover the coffee urn empty. No food, no coffee, expecting much more than that for $354 dollars a night. No doubt the hotel was sold out due to the eclipse, but you would have thought someone would have thought to keep the breakfast pantry stocked. Room coffee wasn’t drinkable either. So billed twice for the room and no coffee or breakfast available, epic fail and we will take our business elsewhere in the future.

The property is an industrial area. There are more hotels all around it. It is easy to get to. In terms of the hotel, please make sure you come at 3 pm or after if it is b4 check in time they will charge you an additional $35. Also, I stayed on the 1st floor of the property. I'm not sure if they keep people with animals on that floor but it seemed like the carpet was soiled in my room. and the tile portion of the floor could have used a real good mopping. I just needed to stay somewhere for the night so it was just an ok property to stay in. I would give it a 2.5 rating out of 5.

Under staffed, room not ready at check-in time, smelled like smoke, room was over priced. Had three people staying in the room and only two bath towels. Called for extra towel and never received one. ( waited 35 mins and then had to leave).

While some features were updated (nicer linens, curtains, etc.), the breakfast area was a complete joke and parts of the room itself were still in need of updates or perhaps a deep cleaning. It was fine for a quick stay, but not the best set up or location.

Our room had several damaged items: tub, shelf, and clothes valet. We (2 adults) found only 1 wash cloth, 1 hand towel, and 2 towels. Window was covered with thick white film on outside so you couldn’t see out. The check- in was very transactional, no welcome or hello. Would not stay here again.

The only reason I booked this property was location and shuttle to the airport. Upon check in— was told the shuttle was broken but this was not advertised.
