"Perhaps it's just me, but I thought the Double Tree brand was considered 4 stars? The lobby and surrounding area, as with most hotels, was updated and clean. However, the bathroom ceiling in our room had water damage and cracks. The bathroom only had one light switch. No exhaust fan, no separate dim light for late night bathroom goers, and the faucet only allowed for a quarter inch difference between cool water and boiling hot. The door to the room had a significant gap underneath, which allowed...

"My family had a great time here. The room and pool was perfect and the pool was beautiful. Breakfast was great every day and my kids got fresh Mickey Mouse pancakes that they were very happy about."

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The pool area was relaxing and perfect for enjoying the Florida sunshine.
