"Very clean and peaceful"

"Non smoking room reeked of smoke! TV wouldn’t come on. Front desk provided a remote that didn’t work. Staff came to the room with another remote to turn on the TV, but left the remote that only changed channels, I couldn’t adjust the volume and the TV was blaring loudly until I found a quiet channel because I couldn’t turn the TV off. Bullet hole in the front door and big blue tape across the bathroom door… it felt like a crime scene . Oh I forgot the door lock was broken and the door wouldn’t...

"Rooms were clean however Front Desk not very welcoming, helpful or friendly. Also NO complimentary airport shuttle or complimentary breakfast as stated in the reservation. However convenient from airport and also to Sofi stadium."

"Our employee stayed at this hotel and had a very disappointing experience. The room had a strong unpleasant odor, and the overall cleanliness was far below an acceptable standard. The smell was difficult to tolerate and made the stay extremely uncomfortable. Based on this experience, this is not a hotel we would ever choose again. It left such a poor impression that we would not recommend it to others."

"I’m a disabled veteran and the staff were totally unhelpful. The entire place smelled of urine and cannabis. The place is a dormitory which the ad doesn’t mention. Of at least 30+ people one of the two bathrooms was closed. No wi-fi and washer/dryer is only for staff use. The place is horrible."

"This hotel is considered like for prostitutes very bad. I have to get a hotel for did you say you wanted something emergency. I clicked this one because it looked like it was cleaning the pictures. It’s nothing like the pictures never put this hotel. It’s bad that area dirty. The people that work there are terrible. I don’t know how they put 3.5 stars when it’s like look like that for prostitutes the bathrooms they have to be shared with all people in the showers too, and they don’t have a key....
