"Great location"

"Easy walk to Queen Mall and opposite gardens. We thoroughly enjoyed how kind and hospitable everyone was during our 4 night stay. The dinner menu was incredible and again recived such great service from the restaurant, Reception and housekeeping. The beds were comfortable and facilities served their purpose. Overall, for a hotel that isnt as "flash" as the new brands I would totally recommend staying here. Will return again if in Brisbane."

"The apartment itself was clean, had a great view and is in a good location. Unfortunately, the overall experience didn't match what we expected. Finding the parking and reception was confusing due to poor signage, and the building was difficult to navigate throughout our stay. The biggest issue was the lifts. Only three service levels 8–44, and as we were on level 38 we regularly faced long waits. The lifts were often completely full, meaning we had to wait for multiple trips before we could...

"We had a great stay right in the heart of Brisbane. The room was clean and modern and while a little small it was perfect for us. Staff were really lovely and helpful and the breakfast was amazing! The meals at the restaurant are simple but tasted great. There is no pool, however the southbank pools are just across the river. All in all a good place to stay for a short trip to Brisbane."

"Got a double room which should be a single. No room to move 2 people around the bed, no hanging space. Sensor lights in the bathroom that don't go off for 20 mins so good luck trying to go to the bathroom before you sleep or in the middle of the night. No working heat pump or TV (not programmed). The room gradually got hotter and hotter. No coffee or tea in the room. A tiny bathroom where we couldn't put a toilet bag anywhere but on the floor. "Really clean & helpful staff"

"Great place to stay, has everything you need for staying short term or long term. We stayed in the 1 bedroom apartment and was quiet during the night even though we were facing the main road. Bed was comfy and so was lounge. Also had a washing machine and dryer, everything you would find in an apartment. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Will stay again when in Brisbane next."
