"Room was good. Location excellent. Nearby German club, Steak hotel and cafes. Walking distance to Southbank, city and Kangaroo point for the fit to middling. The pool was quite dirty and univiting during the visit. There's only 1 luggage trolley and if someone has it, it could be hours before you get access to it. Parking to offload luggage is VERY restrictive. 1 or 2 cars at a time IFF one spot isn't blocked. Park across the road (cheap paid parking) and walk your luggage to the entrance if...

"Deluxe Studio - cons -not very deluxe! not well stocked, one mug and one coffee cup for two people. Shower- water leaked out and soaked the floor. Toilet seat very unsteady/loose. Was adequate for us for a one night only stay, due to the darkness of the room that had poor lighting and no natural daylight able to get in due to the high rise buildings all around it. Pro's -very good rate from Expedia, clean and tidy, large bed with good quality pillows and bedding. Staff very friendly and...

"Great location in the heart of Queens St mall. We were there over Anzac day so the only thing to note is that the streets are closed on that day from 9am to 3pm so it was pretty much impossible to get in or out of the hotel during those hours."

"Loved my room set above the promenade and under the Storey Bridge. Could view the lights in the buildings along the river. The room was spacious and well appointed. The location is fabulous as there are an abundance of fabulous restaurants and bars within minutes and even as well as Fortitude Valley just a short stroll away. "

"Of you’re every in Brisbane, this is the place to stay. The attention to detail in maintaining its heritage character was wonderful. The large well appointed room and bathroom was appreciated. Five minutes down the hill to restaurants and a further five minutes to the botanical gardens made this a very accessible location. Loved our one night stay there. "
