"Nice room but check-in was confusing. This is a restaurant/bar with a few hotel rooms - signage to check in goes to an eating area, nobody around until a bartender in the other room alerted someone. Otherwise it was a good stay!"

"The room was very big which was nice but it was lacking appropriate furniture like a sitting chair or couch. It was half empty and the balcony had two plastic chairs. For the price and the Crowne I expect better. Pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable. Early check in was good as we were attending an event."

"A lot of silly things that stop this hotel going to the next level. One was the power point being installed upside down close to the bench top which made it impossible to insert my multi outlet phone charger. "Room was pretty good, best we've stayed in for a pub room. Just more milk wouldve been nicer instead of very little little tub be prepared to buy milk . Had only two water bottles in bar fridge but it's pretty good for one night stay, staff were friendly. We didn't have food this time there but next time we will was cheap menu daily specials etc."

"Clean room, friendly helpful staff. Great location for an overnight stay in this part of Sydney. Easy to get to the Airport."

"The hotel is in good location, staff are very friendly, very good facility with well design. "

"Was perfect for 6 of us on a boys weekend"
