"The room was large and unexpectedly quiet. The bed was comfortable, and the split aircon was very helpful. Generally though, there was not much 'love' given to the rooms or the environment at the hotel. The low price is therefore totally justified."

"All-in-all, the hotel was amazing. The bed was really comfy and the staff were respectful and helpful. They don’t have a pool as is listed but a spa sauna thing that is luke warm. The breakfast is cereal and toast. The room itself was spectacular though. The bathroom was very modern and the lights had two sets of switches. One that is by the bed and the other by the door which was convenient."

"Historic accommodations over local pub. A little difficult to find out how to enter hotel, but once inside, stadf silver friendly and helpful. Great night's sleep on overnight layover"

"Pleasant atmosphere. Good food but a little pricey. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony sipping a drink. Huge shower head. Very hot water. Overall, FANTASTIC stay. Also, very convenient public transportation. Sydenham Train station across the street. Instead of taking expensive train to/from domestic or international airport, easy to use bus 420 to Mascot station then 358 to Sydenham. Cost was $1."
