"I enjoy staying here but be warned, and this is why I can’t give a 5 star for check in. They try to get you to go to a TIMESHARE meeting to try and get you to buy.
The rooms are nice and clean. The staff personnel are really nice. I like staying here."

"This review is based upon the customer service of the over night front desk staff. We had a very long day/night at Universal Halloween Horror Nights and I wanted to extend our stay by 1 day so that we didnt have to check out at their ridiculous check out time of 10am. I called the front desk to see if this was possible and they rudely told me that they dont do any in house booking (even to extend a stay) and I'd have to jump through a million hoops by booking through Expedia, paying all the...

"After having our original destination cancel 5 minutes before arrival we were sent to this place as an only option. We arrived at a beautiful hotel where we checked in; only to be sent to another location within the community. This location first site was over loaded trash containers, rusty doors, rotting wood on outside of home. To be fair the inside of the home was nice and clean. However it did not accommodate the number of people in my party as promised. Had to sleep on the floor. If I had a...

"We have stayed at this place for years. Quality has gone down. They are letting the place go. Whenever we check in the past few times they are always out to lunch, they are never around.
The place is falling apart. Pool dirty. No channels on tv anymore. I think we had 4 channels, maybe. This place used to be a hidden gem."

"Good place to stay with a larger family. I was disappointed that we didn’t get into our room until 5:20 PM. After a day of travel we were more than ready to unpack and relax. Check-in begins at 4:00. We
Got there at 3:15 and room wasn’t ready which is fine. But not having a room until 5:20 was too late for us. The size of the space was good for our family of 4. Can’t complain about the cleanliness. Good place to stay."

"We love it here. Never had any problems till this trip we had roaches not Palmetto but real roaches. I brought it to their attention so hopefully they took cate of it.
Otherwise the room was nice"

"The property looks better in person then shown in the photos. Best believe I’ll be coming back. Beds were comfortable. Everything is kept clean - Every bedroom had its own TV with multiple channel options/ movies. Also have their own bathroom. We had a suite overlooking the pool and hot tub. It’s quiet but not far from anything. It’s gated so you have security. Just a really nice place to settle down after long days at the park. Reception desk is 24 hours. They have a pool bar. Parking is...
