"This is one of the best hotels I have stayed at, and I have been to world best hotels. The staff is very helpful and polite. Room is spacious and with breathtaking views . Everything is good about this hotel and location. Will definitely revisit once in San Sebastián. Highly recommend. Want to mention Javier from Oteiza, who served as at breakfast and lunch- professional ,polite, goes above and beyond. Highly recommend."

"Ambiance is prachtig en mooi onderhouden en smaakvol ingericht. Het diner was echt uitstekend, heel erg lekker en zeer goede bediening. Goed buffet zou goede vervanger zijn van huidige ontbijt. Kamer zag er prachtig uit maar voor de prijs te klein. Ligging met uitzicht op de zee was prima. Personeel bij diner was uitstekend."

"Chambre double réservée pour 3 nuits pour randonner sur le chemin de Santiago, étapes accessibles par le topo dont la gare se trouve tout près de l'hôtel. Accueil chaleureux de Dany qui parle bien francais, serviable et de bon conseil. Petit déjeuner continental varié et copieux pour 6€50. Centre ville avec restaurants à 10 mn à pied. Supermarché à 50m de l'hôtel. Hôtel propre et au calme pour bien se reposer apres une bonne journée de marche. "

"The Lasala Plaza Hotel rooms and services are excellent, as are the staff. The view of the San Sebastian bay is spectacular from the higher floors and the rooftop. Just a few minutes walk from the sand and water of the bay. It is also ideally situated right on the edge of the old town and the vibrant bar and food precinct, enabling the savouring of the best traditional pintxos and tapas. Overall, a great San Sabastion hotel in a perfect location. Definitely, we will rebook on our return to...
