Had to find another hotel last minute and still no communication from hotel or Hotels.com. We booked this months ago to attend a concert, I tried contacting the hotel in the days leading up to us arriving but no response. Will be requesting a full refund. Avoid!"

The room (a small double) was beautiful and looked out onto the main room. Bed was comfy and had a great night's sleep. Only 2 issues, plug sockets are all very low to the carpet and I struggled to use them, as I have health issues. Other issue was the shower. I struggled to get hot shower, with all the buttons and yhen when I did get...
