"Confusing checkin. Building was covered with scaffolding so we could not find it. Directions to get into the building were confusing and took going through numerous emails to finally figure things out. Two other guests were equally confused so it wasn't just us. Window in the bathroom would not close or open. Parking was a nightmare as "ignoring the no overnight parking" sign is difficult advice to follow for rule following Canadians!"

Everything you might possibly need was provided - a plethora of complimentary snacks & beverages, wonderful local soaps & lotions, a hair dryer (lacking in 2 of our previous rooms). Small little kindnesses like a tiny flashlight attached to the room key & umbrellas provided in the room , lots of hanging & hook space.
