"The hotel is okay but definitely not a “luxury” one. I did let them know that the shower was broken and the basin was clogged, but they took no action. Also, very inconvenient that they close check-in at 11 pm, adding a bit of stress to my trip as my flight was landing at 9:30 pm. and I just made it before 11 pm. I wish that had been made clear during the booking process, as I would have planned differently."

"Nos gusto mucho el apartamento. Muy bien ubicado con respecto al metro y el bus. Buenos restaurantes y cafeterías cerca. Amamos Milán. En el apartamento no hay un espejo en el cuarto, solo uno muy pequeño en el baño. Hay lavadora de ropa, pero seria bueno, dejar por lo menos una porción de detergente para poderla usar. En un viaje de 4 días seria absurdo comprar un paquete de detergente."

"The hotel is generally quite good. Rooms are clean, neat and bathrooms modern. One issue is bathroom sink plug was broken shut, so very difficult to drain, and shower door was falling apart. Lastly, the two soap dispensers were empty. These are all things that daily inspections would easily correct. The staff and the dining facilities were very good. I will use the hotel in my future travels through Milan Linate."
