"This hotel is old and needs lots of upgrades, I didn't even want to stay outside at the pool. The grounds needs to be pressure wash. The staff were great, however the first night a woman across the hall from me screamed and slammed her door at 3am-almost until 5am. I left the following day because the next night she screamed almost every other hour start at 3am. Not sure if this hotel has a contract with an organization that helps substance abuse or families that lack houses but it so it should...

"Breakfast was typical bargain hotel faire, tasteless. Did not use the pool.
The room was partially clean (the toilet and sink). The floor was so dirty that my feet were black after walking on it for five minutes! There was hair in the corners and I tracked it all over the place. The shower floor was dirty, if you can imagine! The shower also had black algae in the corners. I would not recommend this dump to my worst enemy.
The ride from the airport was fine. The bus ride to the port was...

"The Hotel was nice but the Beach and the Ocean was NOT clean, the water was completely covered with seaweed which made it very difficult to get in to the clear water.
The Hotel and the Beach was very busy, since the Hotel management let all public access to the Hotel, Restaurants and especially letting all public park in the Hotel, so we had to look hard for parking.
The Board walk front of the Hotel was very busy.
I will NOT return to this Hotel nor to this area."

"The lobby, bar and pool area were very nice. The morning breakfast was excellent. Staff was friendly but some of their rules were not like $35 fee to check in before noon even if your room was ready. Shuttle service to cruise lines was excellent but a bit pricey. Some general room maintenance was needed. Leaking AC in one room and another room had a toilet flushing problem and bathroom fan noise issue. Our final room was in good shape though."
