"Hotel decor was a bit dated, but the property was clean and quiet."

"Nice place. The only concern was that the tram outside the building was very busy, but this is in a city so that’s not a real concern."

"The staff were very nice and friendly. They always had service with a smile."

"Was slightly outdated but very comfortable and clean."

"Great place to stay. I thought the water bottles at check in was a nice touch. I thought everyone there was very friendly. The only negative would be that I saw two drops of blood on the comforter that were not mine."

"Its a very nice hotel and we were very satisfied with the room. I believe a portion of the hotel is closed for renovations but we were there for one night only so amenities werent really important in influencing our stay. The rooms were super quiet, it was almost eerie. Front desk was super nice Soiree though was a bit lackluster though. I dont know if its part of the hotel or a separate business but despute being one of two tables i the entire place for breakfast, we waited well over an...

"There is an even-numbered wing and an odd-numbered wing in the hotel with two different sets of elevators- it would be nice to be told that when you check in! Also a huge part of customer service is understanding your customer- I drove 7 hours from Boston, arrived at 3:30pm exhausted - only to be told check in time is 4pm! - and was strictly...

"Great place to stay for locations and views. Great staff for local recommendations. Only downside thin walls. In the 4th floor low water pressure. Bed very comfy! Would stay again"

"The hotel was very quiet even though many of the rooms were occupied. The location is safe and entering and exiting the property by car was easy. We would stay there again. It is a good place for the price."
