"Overall, the hotel is very nice! The location is excellent, the breakfasts are delicious with a great variety of options, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the kids’ playroom is fantastic. We really enjoyed all these aspects of our stay.
However, the service at the front desk was very disappointing. We checked in at 7-7:30pm, and the receptionist who assisted us — a blonde woman around 60-65 years old with two braids — was extremely unfriendly and unwelcoming.

"Such a cute place! Staff was great….. lots of charm….. price was great and location was great too. Only thing this place doesn’t have AC but they do give a fan to plug in as well as a heater when it’s cold but other than that it was fine. We look forward to coming back."

"It is a spacious cabin with a functional kitchen. The cabin is located in a good spot and is close to restaurants etc. The amenities were good. Close to the lake the area around the cabins is nice. Parking was easy and allocated to each cabin. The rooms smelled musty which was off putting and overall the cabin was not particularly clean. The furniture is dated and some were falling apart. You have to lug your luggage from the parking area. There is no one to greet you or show you around as you...

"I guess this is an old hotel that’s been renovated, and some of the work was still going on while we were there. Overall it was fine, but some stuff in the room is brand new and some is old. The walls are totally bare. Funny thing, there’s no TV! And barely any outlets, maybe two outlets for two floors. Bring your own power strip. The fireplace worked, and they left firewood for it. We didn’t see any staff at all, they just texted us the door code. Overall the place has potential. It’s quiet and...

"The room is quite spacious and comfortable with a great view of the lake. The bathroom was very clean and the bed comfortable. My wife especially liked that they still use real keys. They also do not provide daily service, which for us, is a plus. However, they are ready to provide you with anything you need. The property was clean with a grassy area next to the parking lot. There are bistro tables and chairs throuout where you can enjoy the fresh air and a cup of tea, or coffee, with plenty of...
