"We had our flights cancelled and just needed somewhere close to stay, we booked this hotel because of the reviews but I didn't find it that good, the rooms were dark and had no windows, the glass doors were on the ground floor and people walking in the lobby could see in so had to leave curtains closed. "First, I thought I was registered for the hotel across from the Indianapolis Convention Center, which was not the case. That meant I had to walk everyday to the Convention center for the event I was in town for. I use a cane, did not want to spend extra money on uber, so thankfully I managed.

"The place was great. Stayed here for a local family reunion. Would recommend. Desk Staff was very helpful when it came to check in, as I had an issue with my booking (my bad i booked the wrong month!). But she was very professional, understanding, and helpful to the situation. I was able to rebook, luckily they were not full to capacity. And I got a refund for the original booking a few days later.
The breakfast selection was good. 24 hour coffee and hot chocolate station. Best cinnamon...
