Khách sạn Iseltwald

"Fabulous location, right at Interlaken West. Walking distance to Ost and Untersee, shops and restaurants, and transport connections to a myriad of destinations. Lovely, clean and modern hotel, very spacious room with balcony looking out across the river and great breakfast selection. Comfortable beds and great shower. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay."

"The hotel itself was beautiful, very grand as stated in the name. The staff were ever so helpful and very attentive. The room had a few cobwebs near the radiator and window in the room but other than that the room was clean. Very hospitable and welcoming staff, would definitely stay here again! Intercontinental breakfast was lovely and we enjoyed the indoor swimming pool, sauna/steam room."

"Amazing location, great Staff."

"Excellent location. Very helpful staff. Nice breakfast."

"Unreal view, excellent food, and a top notch staff. They extended the shuttle time by 15 minutes to allow us to make it in time from the train and avoid having to get a taxi to the hotel."

"Beautiful location and view of the lake. Staff were very friendly and breakfast was delicious."

"Great overall experience. Enjoyed the stay"

"Our stay at Hotel Regina was truly one of the highlights of our trip to Switzerland! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such genuine warmth and hospitality. The staff was absolutely incredible. A special thanks to Patrik & Max for being so kind, attentive, and always willing to go above and beyond to make our stay special. What made our experience even more memorable were the wonderful connections we made leaving us feeling as though we had made lasting friendships! And the...

"Excellent staff and breakfast for our 3 night stay. Great reception and recommendations for restaurants and activities. Highly recommend."

"My 2nd time visiting this hotel. The service is still impeccable on every aspects. My favorite is the spa facility with a view that’s quite unique at the open outdoor area."

"Our stay was truly special and one we will remember fondly. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed by the warm, friendly staff, who were always kind, attentive, and happy to help. It’s those little personal touches that make a stay feel so much more than just a hotel experience. We also really enjoyed the hotel’s food, which added another lovely dimension to our stay. The amenities were wonderful, and the whole atmosphere made it easy to relax and enjoy every moment. And the view of the...

"Thank you for everything it was the best of the best better than Victoria"

"The hotel was good, the view was amazing. The room size and washroom size was a bit too small compared to what was mentioned as 21m2 in the details. The way to hotel was a real pain as it was up-hill. Not recommend at all if you have luggages and planning to walk to the hotel from the nearest bus stop (600m uphill walk). Overall, the view from the balcony and staff behavior compensates to some extent. Recommend for solo travelers, not family."

"The hotel was a perfect start to our stay in Switzerland. The views were stunning, the breakfast was delicious and the staff (especially Margerit and Nazrin) could not have been more helpful."

"We stayed here four nights. Beautiful view of the Jungfrau from our balcony. Breakfast was good, with plenty of choices. The outside restaurant had a beautiful view of the mountains, though a somewhat limited menu. Everything we had was very good, including the fondue. A bit of a walk uphill from the train station, but they will pick you up. Would definitely recommend."
