"Dinner and breakfast were great. Staff were not helpful at check in. After the restaurant closed, staff sat on the front patio and smoked for over an hour. With no air conditioning we had the windows open to cool down the room, which are directly above the patio. The second-hand smoke smell filled the room so bad we had to shut them, which wasn’t pleasant."

"The hotel is very nice and I really enjoyed my stay. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had a very good view. The staff were also friendly and helpful. The location is good; while it requires a short walk from the station, this distance keeps the hotel quiet. Breakfast was okay, though the selection was limited. I appreciated the complimentary snacks and soft drinks in the room. They also offer free afternoon tea cakes, which I didn't get to try since I was out. Overall, it is a nice hotel."

"Tout a été excellent. Nourriture, emplacement , autobus. Petite note: nous sommes non fumeurs. Notre chambre était située directement au dessus de la terrasse du resto. Évidemment nous voulions avec vue sur le lac. Nous dormons toujours la fenêtre porte ouverte. En soirée vers les 22-23 heures la fumée des fumeurs de la terrasses est très très désagréable . Nous avons fermé notre porte. Une chance qu’il ne faisait pas chaud."

"We were beyond thrilled with this hotel! EVERYTHING was phenomenal- the service and staff, the common areas, the food, the room, the bathroom (with many little extras), the *views*... We were sad we had not planned our full stay at this hotel and had to switch to another. We ended up staying in 3 different towns- Wengen, Murren, and Grindelwald, and perhaps because of this hotel, but if we had to choose one location next time, it would absolutely be this one."

"The location was superb as it was literally a minute walk from the Grindewald station, and it's on the quieter side of the town. Staff were excellent, professional, helpful with advice. The breakfast was superb with a great variety and plenty of comfortable seating. The main issue was the hair found on blankets and in bathtub (photos taken, clearly not mine as I found them on arrival), there was also a red stain on one of the face washers/towels. The hotel was otherwise excellent with its staff,...

"Beautiful hotel at a reasonable price in the heart of the Jungfrau region. Very centrally located to all of the nice hikes. The staff was awesome - very kind and helpful. The gym was amazing, buffet breakfast was awesome. Unfortunately the spa and hot tub were under renovations when we stayed but we were able to obtain vouchers to use an outdoor pool nearby! Also the world cup was on during our stay and they set up a big screen outside I the courtyard and played the games! Very caring...
