"We were blown away by how unique the whole experience was and how hospitable the hotel staff was. We were given slippers and traditional robes when we arrived and our luggage was carried to the room for us. Our room was very quaint with a whole tea setup prepared at the table. The dinner was an incredible, elaborate experience that we weren’t expecting. The gardens were beautiful and the hot springs were so relaxing. "

"We loved staying at this Ryokan! It had a nice, peaceful atmosphere to it, and offered everything we needed. The room was spacious and the staff was friendly. Every evening ended with a warm bath in the onsen, which we really enjoyed. Upon arrival, we got a map of the area and som restaurant recommendations, which were very good as well. I strongly recommend this Ryokan for a relaxing and authentic experience while visiting Kanazawa. "

"What a great time we had at Kanazawa Chaya. My family of 5 stayed here for three nights half-board following our stay in Tokyo. This place is out of the world. I cannot describe how attentive the staff are at this Ryokan hotel. My mother is approaching her 80s and I mentioned to them in email ahead of time that my mother prefers softer food and they delivered. "今回傘寿のお祝いでお伺いしました。お出迎えや、客室のスタッフさん共に笑顔で対応してくれ、とても心地よく過ごせることができました。ありがとうございます。前もって傘寿の衣装をお願いしてあったのですが、木彫りのお祝いのプレートも頂き、本人もとても喜んでいました。食事の説明もわかりやすく気配りもして頂きありがとうございました。また露天風呂付き客室もくつろげて良かったです。また機会がありましたら、ぜひ宿泊させていただきたいと思います。"
