"Excellent hotel, very well situated for walking around the peninsula as well as close to both beaches (closer to La Mansa). But its on a quiet street so very quiet for sleeping. The staff is excellent, responsive and very helpful. The rooms are lovely. The safe in my room didn't work and finding the switch for the overhead lights was a slight challenge, but otherwise everything was perfect. I highly recommend the hotel restaurant! "Quarto enorme, piscina aquecida, funcionários muito educados e atenciosos ( tanto no café da manhã quanto na recepção) , café da manhã muito variado e gostoso. Hotel novo. Fica a 4 quadras da praia Brava e fornecem de graça cadeiras de praia e guarda sol. O bairro SAN Rafael eh lindo e super tranquilo da para deixar o carro na rua na porta do hotel. Quem for de carro elétrico tem carregador na praça em frente ao hotel. Nessa praça tem tb brinquedos para criança. "

"Was a nice hotel, room was a little small but doable for what and where it is. Housekeeping is very good. There was a foul smell from the drain in the bathroom, but they fixed it after being notified. On our second to last day, the window shade failed. Was not able to lower it. Staff came to manually lower it, and of course it was not able to be lifted the next day. But all staff are very nice and responsive.
