"There is no shade. People were hiding in the shadows of the lazy river. They were at the pool bar drinking and floating. Few restrooms. You either run to the room or wait in line. Who knows how they relieved themselves. Figuring out meals was terrible. We were forced to use room service. Food not good except lunch buffet. Lobby bar is nice but drinks are tiny. No service around the pool unless you are next to the bar or make friends with staff. Pools are great but you have to really be careful about restrooms. They asked me about my divorced wife to try to sell me something. Resturants are a mystery. Sometimes open or not and the app is a useless website. The resort is new and is in good shape, staff seems nice. No nightly entertainment unless you like bowling and gambling. We saw a show which was good but the other guests made the show barely watchable they were so drunk. This is a college frat or wanna be frat resort that could be nice if they were focused on keeping real frequent travelers instead of selling privileged rooms to fake frat boys and family. I was invited back. My neighbors playing loud music at 11pm and making out like girls gone wild pointed me in another direction. Overall, no thanks."
