The hotel was beautiful from the exterior and lobby area. Rooms were pretty basic. Food options were limited and not good. Most food on the buffet lines was room temperature and lacked seasoning.

The Westin Resort & Spa, Cancun
Our room overlooked lagoon. But it was very clean and all amenities needed were provided. Very neat pool area and was glad the beach didn’t have much sargassum.

Sunscape Cancun All-Inclusive Resort & Spa by Hyatt
There were activities for all ages. The staff were wonderful. Our rooms were cleaned every day and we had a balcony with an ocean view.

For the quality it shoud only 60$ it's on a motel level no elevator but its only the experience that is epic. Thier BUFFET IS TRASH ITS ONLY OK IN THE MORNING. THE WATER SYSTEM SMELLED LIKE SEWAGE.
