"Hotel was clean and well maintained. We arrived around 8:00pm and decided to eat at the restaurant on property. We were surprised to be told that the kitchen closes at 9:00. It’s a Casino Hotel. Food was average and staff friendly but not well trained. Our server did not know how to open the bottle of wine we ordered but was very grateful we taught her. Also disappointed that they only clean the room every 3 days. When we requested fresh towels they left a bag of towels outside our room...

"This place offers an affordable price compared to other hotels in Traverse City. I chose it mainly to have a place to sleep. I used silicone ear plugs to help with noise since the air conditioning unit and traffic can be loud. It has excellent hot water and a small refrigerator, which I really appreciate. There is plenty of parking. I will stay at this place again."

"We had reserved a bay view room. The view was amazing. It was also in a quieter area of Traverse City. We had issues with our refrigerator while there and they changed out the unit for us. I really appreciated the daily room service. I wasn't expecting that. I would absolutely stay here again!"

"Check in was easy, room was clean. Comfortable bed. Small fridge which was a plus. But the AC unit was loud. For breakfast, go earlier. Not many choices. One day omelet was very salty, it was impossible to eat. We didn't use pool or gym, but they both looked clean."

"Nice beachfront property. Front lobby was well maintained and had coffee which was a nice bonus. The gym was very small but sufficient to get a workout in. Beach chairs were provided and towels. Indoor pool appeared nice. Room was nice and basic. Breakfast provided by preordered boxes."

"The Sandbar is being renovated. Only half of it is done. There is no check-in or no one to actually speak to. If there is a problem we had to talk with the workers. The outside bar is not set up yet. There was no iron or ironing board in the room. Having said that, the room was very nice and clean. The outdoor space was nice and functional, good view of the lake. They did have an indoor area with couches and a couple game tables. It will be a really nice place when it is complete!"

"Great location! A little dated and do not recommend room 109 as it was so noisy all day and night. Didn't really encounter staff except at check in but he was nice. Breakfast is very basic. If you come here for a great location and simple bed for rest, you will enjoy."

"The condo checked all our boxes: small beachfront walk, grocery store & nice restaurant nearby, parking convenient & bed was fabulous. My spouse wanted to say that grab bars in the shower should be installed & non-slip tub mat available. I also like instructions on how to make TV easier to operate. Thanks."
