"Meh. It’s near the subway but that’s about it. Not a lot to it. Rooms are small and you have to ask for them to be cleaned. And when we did they left us one towel between us. Called for more towels in the morning and they never sent them up. We got a good price but wouldn’t stay there again."

"BED BUGS. Woke up the day after leaving with distinctive bed bug bites on our legs. Currently sanitizing the hell out of our luggage. PLEASE check the mattress thoroughly before you spend a night here."

"The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was disappointing. The label said potatoes, bacon and eggs, but there was no bacon. No breakfast meat. They had everything bagels, not everyone can eat that, plain and whole wheat would have been better. There’s no on-site parking."

"Loved that there was an indoor pool since it can quite cold in NY. There also aren’t a ton of hotels on Long Island in Nassau County south shore and this one was easy to access, near the main highways, had free breakfast (great options) and a great coffee bar, along with clean rooms. Honestly great place to stay if you want to be close to NYC but not spend a fortune to stay in Manhattan"

"Stayed May 6–7 2026 after returning from an international flight. The room itself was clean and functional, and the airport shuttle was convenient. However, the check-in experience felt disorganized, and the lobby was unusually loud late at night. After falling asleep around 1:30am, I was awakened at 2:30am by a prolonged loud conversation from the front desk/lobby area and could not return to sleep.
