"Lovely welcome on Reception. Offered a free drink and Pringles - good start! TV in the allocated room did not work but we were immediately moved to a new room across the corridor. Many apologies from the Reception staff. New room had a double bed with a twin bedded room through an alcove. Shower excellent. Tea and coffee making facilities. "location nice, rooms hot in summer. doors in halls of hotel need cleaning/paint, looking scruffy. Staff in restaurant especially during breakfast inefficient. took more then 30m to get yoghurt served.... other tables with 6 guests were served 2 dishes each in meantime. waitress should identify better the customers i.e. business travel single person or 6 guests on holiday. staff at night waiting behind bar, almost felt like they avoided contact with customer.
