"We were in a unit right over the music area for the bar next to the property and was SO LOUD from 6-10 pm every night. Should really charge a lower rate for this unit."

"To be 100% honest, the only thing that makes this hotel/resort nice is the amenities. Easy access to pool and beach. Other than that, there’s nothing that makes this hotel worth $900/ night AT ALL! Staff is mediocre, rooms are mediocre at best. Our room had a toilet that did not at all flush. They sent someone multiple times to attempt to fix it, but the end result was a not working toilet our entire 2 day stay. The pool towels they gave us were dirty (literally had kids Cheeto finger marks all...

"The property is amazing"

"Fridge and freezer didn't work. Cooking implements, pans, plates and cups cost extra. Coffee maker had to be purchased, and there was no coffee or tea in the lobby. No change available for laundry, so you had to accept the surcharge for using credit card. Internet failed. Power failed, AC would shutofff automatically.. it was just terrible. "

"The room is spacious, clean, quiet, and the bed is very comfortable. Overall, an amazing opportunity to experience a little old Florida with an affordable price. Its location can’t be beat."

"Everything was perfect"

"The room was very nice and it overlooked the bay. The only issue was the bathroom. The shower was a little weird and there was hardly counter space. But the water was nice and hot and water pressure was great. It was also very convenient to the 2 restaurants next to the property. I didn't get a chance to do the Chickee Bar, but next time I will do that. Overall it is a nice convenient quiet place."

"Location was perfect! It was at the marina and walking distance to most restaurants and to Tin City which had lots of cool gift shops and restaurants. The place needs some remodeling. Rooms need a chair and table. The beds were full, not queen. They give vouchers for complimentary drinks but when you redeem them at the bar the server brushes you off as if you are not worth their time. They shouldn’t hand them out if you are going to be treated that way."

"The amenities are very crisp and clean, with nice views, and without breaking the bank. Well situated for the charming older part of Naples (5th Ave., etc.) and close enough for convenient beach access. Great restaurants everywhere. The staff are friendly and helpful. We come here about once per month."

"Whenever I turned on the hairdryer in the bathroom, it shorted out the electric and the bathroom had no light. There was no other place in the room in which I could plug in the hairdryer and see what I was doing. This was a bit of a problem since I was trying to go to wedding events on a daily basis. I was basically told there was nothing that could be done. "
