"The property was well maintained and clean. The staff was eager to help in anyway. They called taxi’s for us they also recommended places to eat. The food at the Hotel was good, not great, but good. I would definitely stay there again."

"Fantastic stay with Mattia! So warm and inviting with the property going back to the 1700s and full view of the vineyards. My apartment had air conditioning on literally one of the hottest days in Europe! (20 degrees in the apartment!) Had the tasting and great breakfast there. He also provided lots of recommendations- truly a great stay."

"Posto incantevole e tranquillo, ideale per rilassarsi nel verde del Carso. La struttura è pulita e molto curata. I proprietari sono gentilissimi. La colazione è ricca e abbondante. Un vero punto di forza è il giardino con vasca idromassaggio. Consigliatissimp per staccare la spina."

There is a small grocery store within walking...

Breakfast was pretty standard for a buffet breakfast with hot and cold options as well as juice and tea/ coffee. All around a...

"The chateau is small yet perfect for our family of four. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had all the things we needed for simple meals. We even took advantage of using the sauna. All in all a very comfortable stay."
