It is located very close to the local bars and restaurants and a 15 minute walk from the train station. "Be aware the parking for this location is public parking and may not be available. If you are walking, the center of town is approximately a 20 minute walk and you share the road with vehicles. There is a walking lane, but at times there are drivers who drive close to pedestrians as well as areas where the walking lane ends. There are 2 roads to drive in and out of the area, I'd recommend inquiring about the route that is wider. The apartment had everything we might require and we were provided...

"Only complaints are parking is not included and apartment was up several flights of stairs. The location was great and easy walking distance to almost everything and the unit had everything we needed. The area felt very safe, even at night. We did find free overnight parking about ten minutes away (walking) which worked out well. It even had a bit of a lake view as well!"

"Beautiful roof top apartment with spacious terrace and gorgeous view of lake Maggiore. Parking was available on the street by the entrance to the building. There is no AC and it was hot in August, however we enjoyed our stay very much. Walkable distance to the ferry and the center. Highly recommended!"

"Instructions for check in were detailed and we had no problems. We were able to find a parking spot in the garage but be warned there are only a few and it's first come first serve. The view from the apartment is breathtaking. The location is in Fiumelatte, a 20-ish minute walk to Varenna which we were happy to do every day. "Excellent property in all aspects. Albana and the rest of the staff were so friendly and helpful. The location was perfect right in the heart of Riva del Garda. Parking was so accessible and secure. Room upgrade was an absolute bonus. I highly recommend this property for your stay in Riva del Garda. I would stay here again shld I return. 10+ stars "
